Each Ski Association shall send its entry in an enclosed entry form (enclosure 1) to the Organizing Committee.
Closing time for entries
Deadline for entry is 10th February 2006. For entries arriving later than deadline, the Organizing Committee can not guarantee smooth travel and accommodation arrangements.
Restrictions
FIS rules will apply. The number of participants must comply with World Cup rules and applications.
Liability
Each competitor has to be insured by his own association. The OC has coverage for its own third part liability only.

Accommodation
The deadline for the hotel reservations is 10th February 2006. The hotels for the teams are Savonia, Puijonsarvi and Scandic. The booking will be done in order of the incoming dates of the entries, considering the wishes as far as possible. The form for the accommodation is enclosed (enclosure 2).
Transportation
The free bus transport for teams and officials from Lahti to Kuopio will be arranged on 5th of March after the competition in Lahti. The detailed schedules will be informed later.
If the team will use its own transport from Lahti to Kuopio each association shall inform the organizer the relevant flight numbers or arriving/departure times (enclosure 3).
Expenses
Financial conditions according to the World Cup regulations.
Enclosed pleas find the Finnish Ski Association’s information about the reimbursement of the expenses (enclosure 4) and the radio license application for short time use (enclosure 5). The radio license application has to be returned by 10th February 2006 to:

Further information
The official info board is situated on the outer wall of the office building on the skis stadium.
The info bulletin will be distributed all teams and officials right before the event in Kuopio.
All teams and officials are welcome to the reception of the City of Kuopio on 6th March 2006 at the City Hall.
