Hautamaeki in the lead
Already in the first round, Matti Hautamaeki showed that he wanted to win this competition. With a great first jump at127,5 meters. He got 137,2 points for that jump, and more than 7 points ahead of Roar Ljøkelsøy. But in the second round it all turned, Roar had the best jump, at 128.5 meters. Although it wasn't enough to beat the strong Finnish jumper Matti Hautamaeki today. In the end, Matti was 1. point ahead of Roar. Thomas Morgenstern (AUT) took the third place.
